What To Expect

During Your Treatment

We will begin our session with a relaxed conversation. We will assess your needs and review your general health history to determine which massage approaches are appropriate for you. You will have an opportunity to ask questions about the session before we begin. When we're ready for your massage, I'll step out of the room to allow you to prepare and get comfortable on the massage table. You should undress to your level of comfort. You will be properly draped during the entire session to ensure your modesty is respected at all times. A full body session generally includes work on your back, arms, legs, feet, hands, head, neck, and shoulders. This is your session, so it is important that you feel secure and comfortable. You can close your eyes and relax, or you are welcome to talk during your session if you prefer. Feel free to ask any questions about the session or about the particular technique you are receiving. Each massage is unique, incorporating an intuitive blend of techniques to meet your needs and preferences.
